Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. We would be happy to exchange tickets for another performance (of the same show). Contact the box office to request a ticket exchange at tickets@jeffersontheatrecompany.org. Thank you for supporting Jefferson Theatre Company!
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Jefferson Theatre Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
